Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while express options are available for 1-2 day delivery. All orders are fully tracked, and you will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Can I return a device if I change my mind?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused items in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on devices that have been opened or used unless they are faulty.
